All customers must hold a valid waste carriers license. Please send us your certificate before making your first drop-off.

Please fill out Section B only on a waste transfer note. Sign at the bottom and send it to us before booking.

You only need to do this once - we will supply you with a full waste transfer note for each load you bring.

What you can and can't bring
We can accept most types of compostable waste:
✅ Grass cuttings
✅ Leaves
✅ Hedge trimmings
✅ Shrubs and other dead plant material
✅ Branches up to 150mm thick
❌ Logs or stumps
❌ Turf or soil
❌ Timber or treated wood -
How to use our site
1. When you've made a booking, check your emails for the gate code (it may be in spam).
2. Visit our directions page to see where the drop-off location is.
3. Once on site, unload your green waste into the silage clamp. You must take a photo of the waste you drop-off. Send it to us on Whatsapp or via email.
4. Make sure to lock the gate when you leave, even if it was unlocked when you arrived.
We'll send you the waste transfer note for your drop-off via email within 5 working days.

Contaminated loads
The most common contaminated loads we receive contain:
⚠ Oversize waste
⚠ Plastic (e.g. plant pots, crisp packets)
⚠ Metal (e.g. gardening tools)
⚠ Soil, including turf
⚠ Treated timber (e.g. fence panels)If you drop off a load containing contaminants, you could be liable to an additional charge of up to 100% of the original drop-off cost.
