Paw Ground purchases

Ryarsh Paw Ground, Woodfalls Paw Ground

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time at no cost through on your account page. Please note the session type must match exactly (i.e. same number of dogs, same duration, same day type).

Bookings can be cancelled and eligible for a full refund up to 7 days before the start time. If you cancel a session via your account page, you must contact us to request a refund - refunds are not processed automatically. Eligible refunds will be credited to your account as store credit.

We do not guarantee returns or refunds for any other purchase made through our website. Contact us if you have any questions or requests.
